Are children supervised?

We have strived to provide a safe environment for all our guests and our dedicated staff will be keeping a watchful eye out, however parents and guardians are responsible for the care and supervision of their child/children whilst in KIDZ TOWN.

Can I take photos in KIDZ TOWN ?
Yes , the time you spend with your children during their early years is so precious and we are happy for you to capture these moments of your own child  for your own personal use.
Why can’t I bring my own food?
We have our fabulous “Kidzy Kitchen“ which provides a range of delicious, freshly made snacks, meals and treats. We strive to provide a safe environment for allergy sufferers and therefore can’t allow any homemade food on the premises as we do not know the contents. Please contact us if you feel you may need to bring your own food due to severe allergies.
Can I stay after my play session ends ?

Yes , you can enjoy the cafe and outdoor play area ( weather permitting )  once your session ends . Outdoor play area closes 15 mins before the end of the last session of the day.

Why do you have timed sessions

 To allow the children to have an enjoyable play time and also to ensure that every child has the same play experience when they first enter the town as it will be tidied, sanitised and reset from the previous session. Weekdays term time we offer a staynplay all day session which means you can come anytime from 10am until we close at 3pm and stay as long as you wish !!

How do I get to KIDZ TOWN from Stirling bus or train station ?

Head South east on Goosecroft road , at the roundabout take the 4th exit onto Burghmuir road /A9 , at next roundabout take the first exit onto Linden Ave , at the next roundabout take the first exit onto Valley field place then turn left onto Colquhoun street . KIDZ TOWN role play is on the right and side behind Acrewood nursery

How do I get to KIDZ TOWN from Glasgow by car ?

Once on M8 use the left two lanes to take the M80 exit towards Stirling / Kincardine bridge , keep right at fork to stay on M80 . At jct 9 take the A91 exit to Stirling , at the roundabout take the 3rd exit onto A872 , at the roundabout continue straight onto Glasgow road. Go straight over the next 3 roundabouts and at the 4th take the 3rd exit onto Linden Ave . At the next roundabout take the first exit onto Valleyfield place then turn left onto Colquhoun street . KIDZ TOWN role play in on the right hand side behind Acrewood nursery.

How do I get to KIDZ TOWN from Edinburgh by car ?

Once on M9 , at jct 9 take the A891 exit to Stirling. At the roundabout take the 5th exit onto A872 Glasgow road . Go straight over the next 3 roundabouts and at the 4th take the 3rd exit onto Linden Ave . At the next roundabout take the first exit onto Valleyfield place then turn left onto Colquhoun street . KIDZ TOWN role play in on the right hand side behind Acrewood nursery.

How do I get to KIDZ TOWN by public transport OR BY BIKE ?

There is a bus stop on Valleyfield place that services the number 51 and C48 bus . KIDZ TOWN is a few minutes walk away from this stop . Take the first exit onto Valleyfield place then turn left onto Colquhoun street . KIDZ TOWN role play in on the right hand side behind Acrewood nursery.

Why do you charge for additional adults ?

We are still operating on reduced capacity , but you can redeem your £1.00 entry fee against purchase of a hot drink.
